Technical - Currently Recruiting

The HRS Technical department covers New Product Development, Data Migration and on occasion some customer spec’d Customisation. Based in HRS's London office, members of the Technical team are constantly developing and improving HRS in addition to delivering bespoke data migrations and customisations to our continually growing customer base.

Sales

The HRS Sales department helps recruitment professionals assess their system requirements matching them with the right package. With locations in both Newcastle Upon Tyne and London sales employees responsibilities include HRS product demonstrations (online and face-to-face), customer on-boarding and industry / trade exhibitions.

Marketing

The HRS Marketing team develop strategic and tactical marketing that works inline with the company's rapid growth plans. With a focus on quality lead generation marketing efforts include: SEO development, online advertising, social media, content creation, website optimisation, email marketing and trade exhibitions.

Support

The HRS Support team provide technical support to a client base of around 250+ recruitment agencies from around the world. Based in HRS’s London office, the support team are the first port of call for any database related issues providing technical support to the highest standard with the use of our online support tool. As well as providing general and technical support, the team are also responsible for client and server installations/implementations and data import/exports as well as upgrades.

The HRS Training department make sure customers get the most from their recruitment software. HRS training professionals conduct both face-to-face and online training sessions in addition to Q&A sessions.

Account Management

Managing the process from purchase to 'go-live' an Account Manager makes sure customers are setup and live on time.

Members of the Account Management team work closely with Sales and Technical departments to make sure customers are setup and managed properly.
