Information the Company may Collect from You

Without limitation, any of the following data may be collected from you:

  • Company Name
  • Contact information phone number and email address
  • Demographic information such as postcode

  • Operating system
  • Correspondence

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. Jurisdiction And Applicable Law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you and we may both bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you and we may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
